Settings control how your tenant classifies AI response confidence, what automated actions to take based on those classifications, which AI model providers are available for routing, and how external applications and agents authenticate to AskRAI. Open Settings with the Settings control in the top navigation bar — this switches the console to the settings plane, where each area below appears as an entry in the left Settings sidebar. Select Console in the same top bar to return to the main console.
